Traveling Patients
At The Artisan Center for Plastic Surgery, we welcome patients from out of town and from across the world. We are honored that so many patients travel to see Dr. Rodgers!
For your convenience, we offer our form of a virtual consultation. Simply give us a call to get started. We will have a brief conversation to get your contact information and learn more about your needs and goals. We will then email you a link and ask you to create a profile on our portal where we have you securely submit a medical history and photos for evaluation by Dr. Rodgers. Dr. Rodgers will then view these and, with your goals in mind, provide a proper assessment, surgical plan, and quote. Should you decide to go forward after receiving and reviewing the quote, you can call our office for the next steps.
When moving forward with surgery, you should plan to arrive in the Katy / Houston area at least one to two days prior to your surgery date. We will schedule an in-person appointment that will serve as your pre-operative exam as well as give you the opportunity to meet with Dr. Rodgers and discuss any last-minute concerns or questions. We will review pre-operative guidelines and provide you with detailed post-operative care instructions.
Your recovery period will depend on the type of procedure you have. Our care team will give you personalized guidelines and time estimates for recovery.
