Meet Dr. B. Allen Rodgers, MD, your trusted board-certified plastic surgeon based in the heart of Katy, Texas! With a passion for personalized care and an unwavering commitment to safety, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming lives one procedure at a time.

My journey began at the prestigious University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston, where I earned my medical degree. From there, I embarked on a rigorous integrated plastic surgery training program in Ohio, honing my skills and expertise. But my heart always remained in Texas, leading me back to Houston to complete an additional fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.

After a fulfilling tenure as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Baylor, I felt the calling to establish my own practice in Katy, Texas. Nearly 15 years later, I’m proud to call this vibrant community home, where I’ve had the privilege of serving thousands of incredible patients.

With over a decade of experience in the operating room, I’ve dedicated myself to the art of surgical assistance since 2005. Starting as a surgical technologist, I pursued further education to become a licensed surgical assistant, earning my associate degree along the way. Now, with nearly 10 years of assisting under my belt since 2016, I’m passionate about advancing in my career and providing the best care possible.

Driven by a desire to challenge myself and excel, I found my calling in surgical assistance. The instant gratification of helping patients feel good about themselves post-surgery is incredibly rewarding. One of my favorite procedures is the Mommy Makeover, where I witness firsthand the transformation and renewed confidence it brings to many moms. As someone who has always had a nurturing instinct and a desire to make others happy, I see my role as ensuring our patients leave with smiles on their faces.

My journey into the medical field was motivated by the perfect balance it offered as a mother of three. The fast-paced nature of surgical training aligned perfectly with my lifestyle, while the wonder of surgery and the human body has kept me captivated to this day.

Outside the operating room, you’ll find me enjoying life to the fullest. Whether it’s hitting the bowling alley, exploring aquariums, or embarking on new adventures through travel, I embrace every opportunity for fun and relaxation.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Edith is dedicated to enhancing skin health and boosting confidence. She completed her Aesthetic program at The Aveda Institute and later attended the Texas Laser Institute to further her education with Laser Hair Removal and skin rejuvenation treatments. Edith is trained at length with brands such as SkinPen, VI Peel, Hydrafacial MD, SkinBetter Science, and Obagi Medical.

After years of working in and out of the treatment room as an esthetician and managing the medical spas she worked at, Edith’s passion evolved toward cosmetic and invasive procedures. She now loves working alongside Dr. Rodgers and Erin, providing surgical support while also offering personalized aesthetic services. Her mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve optimal skin health. By combining advanced treatments with a tailored skincare regimen, she aims to unlock the potential of your skin. Edith thrives on anything that delivers results, whether it’s the transformative confidence boost of a mommy makeover or the joy of clearing up acne and pigmentation concerns. Meet Erin Hohman Kaker, BSN, RN, your plastic surgery RN and patient care/surgery coordinator.

With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Medical Humanities from Baylor University, I embarked on a journey of compassionate care and scientific inquiry. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing in 2014, my nursing career began at Texas Children’s Hospital in the fast-paced world of the Cardiovascular ICU. There I honed my skills and became a certified critical care nurse. In 2021, with a continued passion for patient well-being and interest in aesthetics, I transitioned to plastic surgery, joining the team at Artisan Center.

Nursing, for me, is where education meets empathy, and science intertwines with heartfelt connections. As a nurse, I believe I hold a unique position to make a difference in people’s lives through my dedication to high-quality patient care, attention to detail, and compassion. I am committed to advocating for my patients, ensuring safety, and nurturing holistic well-being.

As a Plastic Surgery Nurse, I have the unique opportunity to accompany individuals through their journey of self-transformation. I am part of a dedicated team ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care before, during, and after surgery. Whether it's pre-op, post-op, or during procedures, I have the opportunity to provide care and surgical support to patients every step of the way.

My journey into medicine was ignited by childhood experiences witnessing the healing touch of surgery, instilling in me a lifelong admiration for the artistry of medicine.

Alongside nursing, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Alongside my husband, energetic 2-year-old son, and two black Labradors, I embrace every opportunity to create lasting memories together. Whether it’s hanging out at the lake, playing golf, skiing, or embarking on exciting vacations, we thrive on these experiences and creating memories together.

Meet Heather Hamilton, BSN, RN, your dedicated aesthetic nurse injector.

Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, my journey in the healthcare industry began in women’s health. However, for the past 18 years, I’ve found my calling in aesthetic nursing, where I have the privilege of making a difference in people’s lives every day.

What drew me to nursing? It’s simple—I find immense gratification in helping others and having the opportunity to enrich lives through compassionate care.

What keeps my love for nursing alive? It’s the deep connections I form with my patients, who often become cherished friends. By understanding their unique lifestyles and desires, I can craft personalized treatment plans that empower them to be the best versions of themselves.

When it comes to favorite services, Botox injections hold a special place in my heart. Not only are they easy and affordable, but they also enhance natural beauty by reducing the appearance of wrinkles, helping clients feel more confident in their own skin.

My commitment to precise work and attention to detail has been a driving force in my journey. Aesthetic nursing allows me to combine these traits with my passion for building confidence and transforming lives.

Outside of work, my priority is my family. Raising my two sons, aged 13 and 16, is both a joy and an adventure. We love exploring new destinations, spending quality time with family, and making cherished memories together.
